摘要
岗南水库除险加固工程,泄洪洞进口2500kN卷扬式启闭机吊装,位于水面以上25m,无现成吊装设备可用。笔者等经过研究,确定采用自制门形钢桁架,安装2台卷扬启闭机起吊的吊装方案,将启闭机拆解为机架、卷筒和减速器三大部分,起吊重量最大为卷筒部分,重18t。成功地完成了吊装任务,为同类设备吊装积累了施工经验。
For risk remove and engineering reinforcement of Gangnan Reservoir, lifting of 2500kN winch hoist in the inlet of spillway tunnel 25m above the water line cannot be realized without active lifting equipment. Therefore, the modified portal steel truss was adopted. The lifting Scheme was chosen with same lifting of two winch hoists. The hoist compose of rack, reel and speed reducer. The heaviest part is reel with the weight about 18 ton. By those techniques, lifting task is finished successfully. Construction experience is accumulated for the lifting of the similar equipment.
