通过河北省中小型水库安全检测，进行了施工前原材料和塑性混凝土配合比以及施工过程中拌和站和施工现场严格质量控制详细研究调查，经过大量配合比室内试验及复核试验，对前期原材料的质检控制及配合比设计的论述得到最优施工配合比，同时对防渗墙塑性混凝土施工的质量控制给出相应的建议。

Through the safety testing to the small and medium sized reservoirs in Hebei province, it researched the raw materials before construction, plastic concrete mixture ratio, the quality control to mixing station and the construction site. After a lot of laboratory testing and review to the ratio test, the quality inspection control to raw materials and mix design are discussed, and the optimal construction mixture reatio are given. And some suggestions are given to the quality control to construct the plastic concrete cut-off wall.
