透水性聚丙烯纤维混凝土路面施工工艺及经济性分析

摘要 透水性聚丙烯纤维PPF混凝土路面的施工工艺与普通水泥混凝土路面施工基本相同,没有特殊的工艺要求,只需注意它的多孔性及聚丙烯纤维对混凝土性能的影响就完全可行。掺人聚丙烯纤维后PPF的透水性混凝土路面的成本有所增加,但聚丙烯纤维的掺入改善了混凝土的使用性能和表面质量,使公路各种间接效益随之增加;另外,透水性混凝土对环境的改善作用是非常明显的,这是PPF透水性混凝土路面的社会效益。所以,PPF透水性混凝土路面的应用无论是在施工工艺还是经济上都是可行的。 It is basal same that the constructing technics of pervious polypropylene fiber concrete road surface and ordinary concrete road surface and there is not special request. Only to notice the influences of the cellularity and the influence that the polypropylene fiber to the capability of concrete. The cost increase after joined the polypropylene fiber. But it improves the using capability and skin quality of the concrete after joined it. It increases the indirect benefit and very obvious that the improving to the environment. So it is feasible not only in constructing technics but also in economy performance
