摘要
发展与保护息息相关，通过分析河北省面临的经济和社会环境背景以及所面临的水生态环境现状，对河北省水生态现状及存在问题进行系统分析，提出了目前河北省的水生态保护与修复措施，探讨出一种社会发展和水生态保护与修复的和谐发展之路。摆脱发展与保护的两难境地实现二者的双赢。
Development is closely related to protection. Based on the analysis of economic and social environment in Hebei province, it analyzed the present state and existing problems of water ecology in Hebei province and put forward the protection and rehabilitation measures for water ecology under current conditions of Hebei province. We can explore a road for harmonious development of social development and water ecological protection and rehabilitation to get out of the dilemma of development and protection and to reach win-win results by analysing economy, background for social environment and water eco-environmental situation facing society today.
