摘要
在总结分析河北省水环境保护和监测工作现状和差距的基础上，提出了在河北省加大新分析方法的培训力度和配备相应的仪器设备、合理调整站网，使其满足各类评价的需要，使全省各分中心具备开展全方位监测的能力的对策和建议。
It analyzed the present situation and the gap of water environmental protection and monitoring in Hebei , then propose measures which include increasing the new analytical methods training, providing the corresponding equipment and adjusting the station net rationality. These measures can meet the needs of various types of evaluation, and made all branch centers to have the ability to monitor all aspects in Hebei.
