摘要
桃林口水库建成后对下游沿岸的地下水带来了微量的变化,主要对增设一台1m^3/s微型水轮发电机组解决水库管理局库区厂用电可靠性不高,汛期备用电源问题以及通过增加下游“最小下泄流量”,以改善因修建水库下游断流引发的水环境问题进行了探讨。
After the construction of Taolinkou reservoir, there are some changes in the groundwater of downstream. Through adding a 1m3/s micro generator, it solved the problems of electricity reliability and flood season standby power in the power plant. The flow break in river cause by reservoir construction are alleviated by adding the upstream minimum discharge.
