凉血解毒饮治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床研究

Clinical Research of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Treated with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction

目的观察凉血解毒饮治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效及免疫指标的变化。方法两组特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者分别服用凉血解毒饮和强的松,连续用药6个月后,观察两组患者的临床疗效,并检测相关免疫指标的变化。结果凉血解毒饮治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜,在临床疗效、改善血小板计数、改变巨核细胞成熟障碍、降低白介素2水平诸方面,具有明显的效果,均优于激素治疗组。结论凉血解毒饮能较好地升高血小板计数,临床疗效明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of liangxue jiedu decoction on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）and the changes in immune targets.Methods The ITP patients of two groups were treated with liangxue jiedu decoction and prednisone respectively.After continuous medication for 6 months,the clinical efficacy of two groups was observed and the changes in relevant immune targets were detected.Results Liangxue jiedu decoction presented remarkable Resultson the clinical efficacy,the improvements in blood platelet count,the changes in megakaryocytic dysmaturity and the decrease of IL-2 level in the treatment of ITP,which were more advantageous than those in hormone group.Conclusion Liangxue jiedu decoction improves well blood platelet count and has remarkable clinical efficacy on ITP.
