摘要 西藏人民长期生活在雪域高原,在漫长的历史发展中,逐渐将本民族的智慧和审美融入到日常的生产生活中,其木器、皮革、陶器和石器等手工制作,体现出鲜明的生态意识和环保理念。特别是藏民族传统的餐饮厨具设计,选材天然,造型朴实简单,结构巧妙,可拆卸,可组合,摈弃了无用的功能和纯装饰的样式,携带轻巧方便,在质朴刚健、简洁适用的设计中,充满了对自然、生态朴素的认知和理解,对我国当前绿色设计、现代设计具有很好的启示和引导作用。 Tibetan people have lived on the snowy plateau for a very long time during which they gradually blended their wisdom and taste into the daily production and living. The wood, leather, pottery, stone tools and other handmade works show clear ecological and environmental awareness. In particular, the removable and combined design of traditional Tibetan kitchen wares discards the useless functions and pure decoration. Its natural material, simple style and ingenious structure bring convenience and quality to life while its compact design full of natural, ecological awareness and understanding of nature. Therefore, the design of traditional Tibetan kitchen wares can bring about inspiration and guide China' s current green design and modern design.
