25例新生儿窒息合并心肌损害分析 被引量:2

The changes of myocardium enzymogram when the newborns are asphyxiated

摘要 目的研究新生儿窒息时心肌酶谱的变化。方法对25例窒息新生儿进行心肌酶谱检测,并与对照组比较分析。结果重度窒息组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、肌酸激酶(CK)较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),轻度窒息组与对照组GOT、CK差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)而LDH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重度窒息组与轻度窒息组GOT、CK差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)而LDH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿窒息心肌酶谱的变化与窒息程度呈正相关。 Objective To Research changes of myocardium enzymogram when newborns are asphy xiated.Methods To do a statistical treatment on 25 asphyxiated newborns'myocardium enzymogram.Results Compared with the control group,the serious asphyxiated group showed great differences on lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),glutamicoxalacetic transaminase(GOT),creeatine kinase(CK).The less serious asphyxiated group showed great differences on GOT and CK,but not on LDH Compared with the less serious asphyxiated group,the serious asphyxiated group showed great differences on GOT and CK,but not on LDH.Conclusion The changes of myocardium enzymogram newborns and to what extent the infants were asphyxiated were in postive rate.
