彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层的诊断及临床意义

Diagnostic and clinical significance of the color Doppler ultrasound in aortic dissection

目的评价彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层的诊断及应用价值。方法对35例彩色多普勒超声诊断主动脉夹层患者的临床资料进行分析。结果彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示剥离的内膜、剥离的范围及血流改变,并对主动脉夹层进行分型。结论彩色多普勒超声是临床诊断主动脉夹层的有效手段,可作为首选的诊断方法,对临床选择治疗方案及评价疗效具有重要的价值。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods 35 cases of dissecting aortic aneurysm were analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Aortic dissecting aneurysm peel of inner membrane, peel of area, blood stream change could be shown clearly by echocardiography. Echocardiography could classify the types for aortic dissecting aneurysm. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective method for diagnosis of aortic dissection, and it can be the first-chosen method. It＇s very important for the selection of treatment methods and the observation of the treatment effect for the patients.
