三种高压水除鳞离心泵站的节能分析与比较

摘要 文章通过计算泵站的待机/打压节能率和传动效率,绘制泵站在不同打压比时的能耗曲线,对定速运转、液力耦合器调速、变频调速三种高压水除鳞离心泵站进行节能分析和比较,找到了影响节能效果的因素。 By calculating the waiting/working energy-saving ratio and the transmission efficiency of the pump stations,and making the graph of energy consumption of the pump stations at different waiting/working time ratios,this article analyzed and compared the energy-saving effects between Constant speed pump station,Fluid Coupling and Transducer speed-regulation pump stations for High-pressure Descaling Systems,and found the factors which affect the energy-saving effect.
