摘要 电液比例插装阀可以实现对高压大流量液流的比例控制,广泛应用于锻压机、注塑机等重型机械液压系统的调速回路,其性能直接影响到系统的响应速度和控制精度,电液比例插装阀的测试和调节是确保压机安全可靠运行的必要手段。本文根据压机应用工艺对电液比例插装阀的性能要求,设计了液压测试试验台,对其压力—流量特性和阶跃响应特性进行测试,能够准确的测试该阀的主要性能。 Electro-Hydraulic Proportional cartridge valves make proportional control of high pressure large volume flow,and used in speed control circuit of heavy machinery hydraulic system.Its performances directly influence system response speed and control precision.Test and redressal is necessary measure and means for safety and trustiness of machinery.In this paper,test-bed is designed by request of machinery technics.Pressure-flow characteristics and dynamic response characteristics are tested in this test-bed,and the results show: the test-bed meet the test requirements for static and dynamic characteristics.
