摘要
目的观察乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中阿片生长因子受体(OGFR)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用RT-PCR、Western blot及免疫组化SP法检测乳腺腺病、浸润性导管癌组织中OGFR mRNA及蛋白。结果乳腺腺病组织中OGFR mRNA的表达量为1.24±0.49,OGFR蛋白的表达量及阳性表达率分别为2.04±0.49和42.27%±8.56%,均明显高于浸润性导管癌组织中的0.74±0.40(P<0.01)、1.40±0.39(P<0.05)和25.52%±10.62%(P<0.01)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中OGFR mRNA、蛋白的表达均明显低于乳腺腺病组织;OGFR可能在乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生发展中起一定作用。
Objective To elucidate the features of the expression of opioid growth factor receptor(OGFR) mRNA and protein and its significance in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods RT-PCR,Western blot and SP immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of OGFR mRNA and protein respectively in breast adenosis and invasive ductal carcinoma tissues.Results The relative expression quantity of OGFR mRNA was 1.24±0.49,the relative expression quantity and the positive expression rate of OGFR protein were 0.74±0.40 and 42.27%±8.56% respectively in breast adenosis.All of them were much higher than that in invasive ductal carcinoma,which were 0.74±0.40(P〈0.01),1.40±0.39(P〈0.05)and 25.52%±10.62%(P0.01)respectively.Conclusions OGFR mRNA and protein are marked less in breast invasive ductal carcinoma than in adenosis,which may contribute to the process of breast carcinoma.
