脑外伤后患者血浆NSE、ET-1水平变化及意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察不同程度脑外伤患者(观察组)血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和内皮素(ET)-1水平的变化,探讨NSE和ET-1与脑外伤严重程度以及患者近期预后的关系。方法对48例脑外伤患者(观察组)分别于伤后第1、3、7天采集静脉血3 ml,用放免法检测NSE和ET-1,同时选取25例健康体检者为正常对照(对照组)。结果观察组血浆NSE、ET-1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),脑外伤血浆NSE、ET-1水平与脑损伤程度和患者预后呈正相关(r=0.911,P<0.05)。结论脑外伤后血浆NSE、ET-1水平与脑外伤损伤程度及患者预后有关;脑外伤后血浆NSE升高比ET-1更早、更敏感,ET-1升高比NSE更持久。
