催化氧化再生法处理印染废水的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以毛巾厂印染废水为处理对象,以用沉淀法制备得到的NiO为吸附剂,选取H2O2为氧化剂,对吸附了印染废水的NiO进行氧化再生试验研究。结果表明,NiO再生率随H2O2的浓度和再生时间的增加而增加,先增大较快,而后增加缓慢;随氧化剂pH值的增加先升后降;随再生次数的增加而降低;再生温度在低温范围内提高有利于再生率的增加,在高温范围内提高意义不大。NiO最适宜的氧化再生工艺条件为:H2O2的浓度为0.3 mL/mL,pH值为4~5之间,30℃下再生60 min。 With the printing and dyeing wastewater of towel factory as the treatment object,the NiO adsorbing the printing and dyeing wastewater was researched experimentally about its oxidation regeneration.The NiO was made by precipitation method and it was as adsorbent,choose the H2O2 as its oxidant.And the results show as flollowings: the regeneration efficiency of NiO increases following H2O2 concentration and oxidantion time increased,apidly at first and then slowly.When the pH value of oxidant increases,it increases firstly then decreases.But the regeneration times increases,it decreases directly.And increasing the temperature at the low level is helpful to increase the regeneration efficiency while it is not meaningful at the high level.So the optimum regeneration conditions of NiO are as flollowings:the H2O2 concentration is 0.3 mL/mL,pH is between 4 to5,and the oxidantion time is 60minutes under the 30℃.
