摘要
研究了以三季戊四醇和丙烯酸为原料合成三季戊四醇八丙烯酸酯的方法,考察了催化剂、阻聚剂的种类及其用量、溶剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间等因素的影响,得到的最佳反应条件是:2.0 g固体超强酸SA,0.8 g阻聚剂YD,95 mL甲苯,酸醇比10∶1,反应时间4 h,三季戊四醇八丙烯酸酯收率达81.8%。
A process for preparation of tripentaerythritol octaacrylate by direct esterification from tripentaerythritol and acrylic acid was studied.The effects of the types and amount of catalysts and inhibitors,amount of solvent,molar ratio of acid to alcohol and reaction time were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: Solid superacid SA2.0 g,inhibitor YD 0.8 g,toluene 95mL,molar ratio of acid to alcohol 10∶1,reflux 4 h.The yield of tripentaerythritol octaacrylate reached to 81.8%.
