摘要
研究了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与交联剂(甲醛和苯酚)及pH调节剂(氨水)形成的凝胶体系的组成与性能,实验得出体系配方为:交联剂为1.2×10-3(其组成比例m甲醛∶m苯酚3∶1)+聚合物浓度2.0×10-3+氨水浓度4.0×10-4。在驱替装置中对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的实验表明,凝胶体系具有很强的耐冲刷性,体系成胶后能使后续水流转向,提高低渗透油层的采收率。
The gel systerm are composed of cationic polyacrylamide,crosslinking agent(formaldehyde and phenol) and pH regulator(ammonia).The proportion of formula:1200×10-6 of crosslinking agent(mformaldehyde∶mphenol is equal 3∶1),2000×10-6 of polymer,400×10-6 of ammonia.In experiment of displacement device show that the gel systerm have strong ability of washing resistance and can divert the followed fluids then flood the residual oil of small pores by the water.
