摘要
采用端羟烷基聚硅氧烷、氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、端羟基聚丁二烯、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、二羟甲基丁酸、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯等为主要原料,合成出具有"遥爪式"结构的有机硅改性聚氨酯抗皱整理剂DF—816,并采用浸轧工艺对棉织物进行抗皱整理。试验结果表明,采用氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷制备的聚氨酯,端基含有可反应基团硅羟基(—SiOH),与棉纤维的羟基(—OH)反应,形成交联网络结构,可显著提高棉织物的抗皱性能;并且平挺度均可达3.5级或更高,强力损失也相对较小。
A 'distance-claw' construction organosilicon modified polyurethane wrinkle resistance finishing agentDF-816 is synthesized from hydroxyalkyl terminal polysiloxane, aminopropyl trimethoxysiliane,hydroxyl terminalpolybutadiene, trimethylolpropane(TMP), dimethylolbutyric acid, isophorone diisocyanate, etc, and wrinkleresistance finishing of cotton fabric is performed with dip padding. The experiment indicates that at terminal ofpolyurethane wrinkle resistance finish DF-861 contains reactive group of -SiOH which reacts with -OH in cotton fibre,forming crosslinking net construction which apparently enhances the wrinkle resistance property of the cotton fabric,lessens the loss of strength, and improves the smoothness (up to 3.5 rating or more).
