供应链合作伙伴的选择及其评价指标体系的建立是整个供应链构建的关键所在.文中从供应链的角度,阐述供应商评价与选择在采购管理中的重要作用,提出了供应商综合评价与选择的理论,建立了综合评价指标体系,并运用业绩评价法构建了供应商的综合评价与选择的决策模型.结合某供应商的选择过程,给出应用实例.

It′s the key to the construction of SCM（supply chain management）how to build the evalua-tion guideline system for determining suppliers in the components and parts purchase.This article clarifies the importance of supplier evaluation and selection in purchase management.The theory of the evaluation and selection of suppliers is pointed out.A more comprehensive index system of supplier evaluation is esteblished.The modeling of supplier evaluation and selection is built by TOPSIS.With selective process of a supplier,a simple numerical example is given to forecast with the model.Thus,the evaluation and selection of suppliers problem study for supply chain management will be very important for theoretical study and practical application.
