摘要
介绍了舰船电力推进仿真系统PLC设计中所涉及的关键问题和技术要点,包括系统技术方案的总体设计,PLC系统硬件组成和配置,系统整体网络结构,下位机的PLC程序设计等.介绍了PLC软件部分进行STL编程时采用的模块化程序设计思想,并举例具体说明.分析了PLC在硬件和软件上进行模-数、数-模转换的处理流程.
The paper briefly introduces the key questions and technical essentials involved in the PLC design of marine power propulsion.The whole design of the systemic technical scheme,the hardware composition and configuration of the PLC system,the integral network frame of the system,the PLC program designing of the hypogyny computer are also involved.The paper recommends modular program designing concept of PLC software while programming by STL,and illustrates with examples concretely.The treatment processes in hardware and software of PLC were analyzed when dealing with the conversions between A/D and D/A.
