摘要
基于软件工程中程序复杂性量化的熵值法,提出了适应舰船动力装置应急维修作业复杂性评估的量化方法MTC.针对舰船动力装置,在分析影响维修作业复杂性主要因素的基础上,建立了维修作业的图熵模型,运用熵值法分别量化各影响因素的复杂性,应用MTC法得出维修作业复杂性的量值.应用MTC法对蒸汽给水系统支路管道裂纹抢修过程复杂性进行量化分析,并对MTC法的有效性进行了验证.结果表明,MTC法的量值与维修时间具有相同的变化趋势,量值可较准确表征维修作业的复杂性程度.
MTC(Maintenance Task Complexity)method to quantify complexity of the emergency maintenance task for nuclear power system is developed based on entropy measures that have been used in software engineering.Analyzing the key factors to influence the maintenance task complexity,build-ing the model of maintenance task,the complexity of every factor is quantified by MTC method.As a result,the quantification values of task complexity including of three subfactors are obtained.To verify the suitableness of MTC method,in the case of branch pipe of coolant purification system,the complexity of emergency maintenance tasks for crack are analyzed and quantified.From these results,it was observed that the change tendency of MTC measure value agrees with that of task performance time obtained from empirical data and history records.Thus,it could be concluded that the MTC measure value would factually show the complexity of maintenance task.
