摘要
控制铁、硅污染是提高铝箔坯料质量的重要措施之一。铝熔铸过程中的杂质硅、A12O。等的混人,是高温熔融铝液与耐火材料的润湿性反应和渗透造成的。从耐火材料选择方面提出了污染机理和防冶的措施。
Iron or silicon pollution control is the main point to enhance the quality ofaluminium foil stock. The impurity silicon and Al_2O_3 'dxed into the aluminium smelting andcasting process is considered as the wet reflection and infiltration of hot liquid aluminiumand refractory psaterials. The pollution mechanism and how to choose the right refractorymaterials are introduced.
