医患关系的困境和出路

Dillema of Doctor-Patient Relationship and Countermeasures

根本目的一致的医患双方在近年来却屡起冲突,其原因主要是由于政府投入不足、财政补偿不到位、医务人员数量少且分布不合理、医学生的培养存在问题、医患双方均追求利益最大化及部分医疗机构和医务人员伦理失范。需要通过国家加大投入、增加补偿、治理商业贿赂、加强对医学生教育、弘扬医德等措施来缓解、改善紧张的医患关系。

Doctors and patients acually share the same goal in medical actvities, that is, to cure the disease, while conflicts arise continuously between doctors and patients in contemporau times. Reasons may include the insufficiency of government input of medical resourses, insufficient fanancial compensation, insufficient and unreasobale distribution of medical staff,imperfect trainig model of medical students, persuit of profit maximization on both doctors＇ and patients＇ sides, and the lack of regulaiton on medical ethics among partial medical staft and institutions. Countermeasures include increse in government input and fanancial compensation, punishmenrt of commercial bribe,enhancement of education for medical students, and publicization of medical ethics throught the society,in order to improve current relationship between doctors and patient.
