摘要
21世纪的医院管理,应在重视传统的质量管理外,引进伦理管理理念,使其成为医院现代化管理中的重要环节和内涵要素。伦理管理是人性化管理的总称,是现代医学发展的内在要求、必然动力,是和谐医患关系的金钥匙、新法宝,是现代医院管理的理论基础、实践基点,在"以人为本"构建和谐社会的进程中,是医院管理的"灵魂"。伦理管理的本质就是对实施"以人为本"的医学实践活动的管理。
In the 21st century, hospital management should attach importance to the traditional quality management and the introduction of ethical management concept, making it an important part and content of the elements of modern hospital management. We believe that ethical management is the generic name for human - oriented management. It is the inherent requirement and necessary motivation of the development of modern medicine, the golden key to a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and the theoretical and practical basis of modern hospital management. In the "people -oriented" process of building a harmonious society, ethical management is the soul of hospital management. The basic nature of ethical management is to managing application of people - oriented medical practice.
