温州市农村卫生室发展存在问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Rural Clinics in Wenzhou

从伦理学角度分析了当前农村卫生室发展存在的问题及其原因,指出加强农村卫生室建设的伦理意义,并提出明确农村卫生室功能定位,完善财政保障机制,加强村卫生室中医药服务能力的建设,强化农村卫生室伦理体系建设等构想。

From the angle of ethics, this paper analyses the existing problems and forming reasons in the development of rural clinics, then points out the ethical means for improving the quality of rural clinics. It also puts forward some proposals such as strengthening the serving ability clarifying the function of rural clinics, perfecting financial assurance system, of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhancing the ethics construction of rural clinics.
