Ethical Reflection on Paternity Test

亲子鉴定作为现代技术已被广泛应用,但其中的伦理问题却久被忽视。从技术与伦理的关系,提出亲子鉴定的伦理问题,并从东西方文化的差异阐明亲子鉴定伦理上本原的成因,从而对亲子鉴定进行伦理的反思,认为亲子鉴定应以科学发展观为指导,做到以人为本,对技术进行伦理上的平衡,在亲子鉴定中强化对未成年人的保护,根据科学发展观的原则,塑造中国特色社会主义新型伦理,构建和谐社会。

Although paternity test has been widely used as a modern technology, but the related ethical problems have long been neglected. In the first part, the author proposes the ethical problems from the relationship between technology and ethics within paternity test. In the second part, the author tries to elucidate original reasons for paternity test from the different ethical infrastructures between western and eastern societies. In the last part, the author reflects on the ethical problems of paternity test, and believes that paternity test urgently needs to be guided by the scientific outlook on development which means viewing man as the central element or purpose of the universe. In the present situation of paternity test, we need to consolidate the protection for the juveniles in the paternity test, and we need to reconstruct the new ethics of socialism with Chinese characteristics to build a harmonious society according to the principle of scientific outlook on development.
