药物的临床应用必须建立在以人类健康服务和需求作为第一选择及基本目标之上,从患者安全的角度降低用药风险、加强用药依从性教育、提高疗效是医务人员的基本责任。普及患者的用药知识是合理用药、安全用药及提高药物疗效的有效手段。

Drugs for clinical use must be built on the basis of human health services and requirements which are treated as the first choice and basic objective. It is a primary responsibility for the medical staff to reduce the risk of medication,enhance education of medication compliance and improve the efficacy by view of patients＇ safety. Propagating drug knowledge is an effective means of rational drug use, safe medication and guarantee of therapeutic effect.
