在世界篮球职业化、商业化的发展趋势带动,以及竞技体育体制改革的要求下,我国竞技篮球于20世纪90年代中期也开始了职业化的进程,这些都与中国竞技篮球管理体制的不断改革、完善是分不开的。湖北竞技篮球作为中国竞技篮球的一部分也应该积极参与到竞技篮球体制改革的大潮中,通过对湖北竞技篮球管理体制进行深入探讨,为湖北竞技篮球的健康稳步发展出谋献策。

With the development of world basketball＇s professionalism and commercialization as well as the requirements of the reform of athletic sports,China athletic basketball has been on its way to the professionalization since the middle of 1990s,all of which is inseparable to the constant reform and improvement of China athletic basketball management system.As a part of it,Hubei athletic basketball should also actively participate in the reform of athletic basketball system.In accordance with the deep study of the management system of Hubei athletic basketball,this paper aims to put forward some good proposals to the healthy and steady development of it.
