优秀男子举重运动员机能评定指标等级差异及分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对不同级别举重运动员大负荷力量训练期间多个内分泌和免疫机能指标的测定,筛选存在级别差异性的指标并进行分析,为同类运动员机能评定和选材提供依据。结果显示:一级运动员以细胞学方法测定的单核细胞CD14+高于二级运动员(P<0.05),而以血液学方法测定的单核细胞低于二级运动员(P<0.01),一级运动员血清皮质醇高于二级运动员(P<0.05);一级运动员外周血IL-2mRNA低于二级运动员,但无显著性意义(p=0.07)。结论:不同级别的运动员外周血单核细胞、血清皮质醇存在显著性差异;在用单核细胞进行举重运动员免疫机能评定时要注意:使用血液学方法和使用细胞学方法获得的数据具有明显差异性。 The aim of this research is to make a different character of different levels of lifters.30 well-trained lifters divided into two groups by their grade(first grade and second grade).All lifters were take part in a 5-week of great load winter training plan.Data of biochemical monitoring indexes were collected before and each week during the training period.The result shows that CD14+ were higher in first grade lifter than that in second grade lifter,Monocyte were lower in first grade lifter than that in second grade lifter.Cortisol is higher in first grade lifter than that in second grade lifter.Conclusion: the data of monocyte tested by blood anlynasis are not cord to CD14+ tested by FACS 420.There are significant difference between first and second grade lifters in monocyte,CD14+,cortisol.
