湖北省普通高校优秀运动员德育与职业规划教育结合之初探

Primary investigation on combination of top athletes' moral education and occupation planning in ordinary universities in Hubei Province

采取文献资料法,问卷调查法,专家访谈法,数理统计法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,对湖北地区优秀运动员德育与职业规划教育结合进行探讨,从湖北省高校优秀运动员德育与职业规划工作现状入手,力图提高普通高校高水平运动队管理中的运动员的德育与职业规划教育工作,从学生运动员自身发展上结合两项工作,为普通高校优秀运动员的健康成长与职业生涯规划提供参考。

Methods of documents,questionnaire survey,interviews with experts,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on are taken to analyze the combination of the top athletes＇ moral education and the occupation planning education in Hubei Province.This thesis obtains from the present situation of the Hubei Province universities＇ top athletes＇ moral education and the occupation plan,seeking to improve management ability of the athletes＇ moral education and occupation planning education.Combined with the work of the student athletes＇ own development,this article provides a reference for the ordinary universities＇ top athlete＇s healthy development and the occupation planning.
