Mechanochemical Effects of Nanostructure Alumina by Annealing

摘要 研究了氧化铝球磨产生的机械力化学效应在退火时的变化及烧结气氛对回复过程的影响。结果表明,在空气中退火,机械力化学效应因子的变化可分为几个阶段:在780℃以下没有明显的回复发生;1050℃以下,有效温度系数减小;在1050~1250℃间,显微应变减小,晶粒尺寸增大;超过1250℃,应变完全消失,晶粒尺寸继续增大。在氮气中加热,机械力化学效应因子的变化与在空气中加热趋势相似。 The properties change of mechanochemically activated alumina by thermal annealing and the influences of sintering atmosphere on relaxation were investigated.The results showed that the change of mechanochemical effect parameters with temperature in air was divided into four stages:no observable change of the mechanochemical effects at the temperature lower than 780℃;the decrease of effective temperature parameter at the temperature lower than 1050℃;the relaxation of microstrain and the increasing of crystallite size at the temperature between 1050℃ and 1250℃;the removing completely of microstrain and drastically increasing of the crystallite size at the temperature higher than 1250℃.The change tendency of mechanochemical effect parameters annealing in nitrogen atmosphere was similar to that of annealing in air,while the relaxation of mechanochemical effects including the sintering of powders and the relaxation of microstrain was restrained in nitrogen atmosphere comparing with annealing in air.anoche mical Effects of Nanostructure
