白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂临床分析及处理

Clinical analysis and management of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemusification for cataracts

目的:分析白内障术中后囊破裂的原因及处理措施。方法:收集白内障超声乳化术患者483例(532眼),对术中19例后囊破裂病例进行原因分析及总结。结果:术中发生晶状体后囊破裂19例(占3.57%),多发生在超声乳化时,少数与患者自身因素有关。结论:筛选适于施行超声乳化术的患者,提高手术技巧可减少后囊破裂的发生率;及时正确处理术中并发症仍可获得良好视力。

Objective： To analyze the causes and treatment measures of rupture of posterior capsule in the phaeoemulsification for cataracts. Methods： 483 patients （532 eyes） of phaeoemulsification were collected, and 19 eyes of the posterior capsule rupture during this operation were analyzed and investigated. Results： Posterior capsule rupture occurred in 19 eyes （3.57%）during the operation. Most happened in the step of phacoemusification, and individually by eyes＇ conditions. Conclusion： Screening eyes that are suitable for phaeoemusification and improving surgical skills can lower incidence rate of posterior capsule rupture; Appropriate and timely intraoperative management will obtain good visual acuity.
