眼眶淋巴管瘤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of orbital lymphangioma

目的:探讨眼眶淋巴管瘤临床影像学诊断和鉴别诊断。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声、CT和MRI协助诊断,切除肿瘤进行组织病理学检查。结果:诊断眼眶淋巴管瘤39例中,主要以眼球突出和眶部肿物就诊,眼部表现与影像学表现呈现多样化。结论:彩色多普勒超声、CT和MRI等现代影像学技术,在诊断与鉴别诊断眼眶淋巴管瘤中有重要价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical lymphangioma. Methods： Multiple imaging examinations tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） approach and management of lesion in 39 series patients collected in Tianjin Eye Hospital. The tissue specimens diagnosis and differential diagnosis of orbital including color Doppler imaging（CDI）, computed were utilized for the diagnosis, select of operative with orbital lymphangioma. All of the cases were of tumor were obtained during the operation for histopathological examination. Results： The major complains of patients with orbital lymphangioma were exophthalmos and orbital tumor. Among the 39 patients, 19 were diagnosed as hematolymphangioma, the rest were single lymphangioma. Conclusion： The imaging examination is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of orbital lymphangioma.
