乳腺癌组织中Bmi-1、EZH2蛋白的表达变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察乳腺癌组织中Bmi-1、EZH2蛋白的表达变化,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测81例乳腺癌组织及其癌旁正常乳腺组织中的Bmi-1、EZH2蛋白。结果乳腺癌组织中Bmi-1、EZH2蛋白阳性率分别为64.20%、77.78%,正常乳腺组织为28.40%、38.27%,P均<0.01。Bmi-1蛋白表达与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),EZH2蛋白表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),二者在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=1.000,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌组织中Bmi-1、EZH2蛋白高表达,二者在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
