摘要
研制了一种通过作业施工预置式油井分层流体取样技术。使用井下取样器或井下开关器与封隔器、监测压力计组合的取样管柱,在油井正常生产状态下获取2~6个分层段流体样品,通过化验分析了解分层段产液的油水比例、矿化度、离子浓度、黏度、界面张力等信息。该技术还能提供分层段监测压力资料。现场应用表明,该技术可作为产出剖面测试技术的补充,了解某些高含水、有特殊需求的多层合采油井分层生产状况;对三元复合驱等驱油新技术现场试验进行跟踪评价;了解油井分层段生产状况,对驱油新技术应用效果进行评价和验证。
In order to know the interval production condition of commingled high water cut oll wells in Daqing oilfield, and to evaluate the field test effects of displacement experiments, a preset oilwell zonal sampling technology is worked out, which is carried out in downhole operation. By using downhole zonal fluid sampler or downhole zonal switch, and a combined sampler of packer and monitoring pressure gauge, downhole fluid samples of 2~6 intervals are acquisited under the condition of oilwell normal production. Through laboratory tests of these samples, we have got the information about production zone of oil/water ratio, mineralization, ion concentra- tion, viscosity and interracial tension, and et al. This technology also provides zonal monitoring pressure data. The field test applications indicate that the technology can get the interval produc- tion condition of oilwell zones, evaluate and verify the application effects of displacement experiments, and provide valuable data for geology workers.
