摘要
为了实现桶基平台平稳快速沉贯安装,对桶基沉贯过程中的负压、沉深、土塞高度等多参数监测及沉贯过程控制技术进行深入研究,提出3N+1全压力传感器多参数监测和沉贯过程逻辑控制技术。研制了负压沉贯过程监测控制系统,该系统具有结构简单,性能稳定,控制精度高,响应速度快等特点。对JZ9-3W桶基平台沉贯过程进行了监测控制,沉贯深度测量精度0.2%,三筒沉深平衡控制精度1%。工程实践证明该技术可以满足负压桶基平台沉贯过程测控技术要求。
In order to achieve stable and rapid penetration of bucket foundation,research is made on the monitoring and control technology of negative pressure,penetration depth and soil plug.And multi-parameter monitoring technology with the entire 3N+1 pressure-sensor,and penetration process logic control technology are presented.Using this technology,a suction penetration process monitoring control system is developed,which has a simple structure,stable performance,fast response and high control precision.The system is used on the JZ9-3W bucket foundation platform,shows excellent performance: the measurement accuracy of depth of penetration is 0.2%;the accuracy of three foundation penetration depth balance controls is 1%.Engineering practice has proved the technology can meet the bucket foundation penetration process measurement and control technology requirements.
