摘要
对弹性极限压扁力和压扁量进行了分析,应用弹塑性弯曲理论对钢管压扁矫正过程中的各曲率值进行了定量计算。在保证矫正质量的基础上,提出了确定压扁量的方法,为矫正机的合理操作提供了理论依据。
Based on analysis of the elastic limit flattening pressure and the flattening rate,calculation of various curvature measures involved in the steel tube flattening/straightening process is made with the elasticplastic bending theory.A method for determining flattening rate to ensure straightening quality is proposed,which provides a basis for proper operation of the straightener.
