This paper analyzes the status of atmospheric and vacuum furnace operation, and points out the damages and influences on the process units caused by dust stratification on the surface of the heating furnace tube. It illustrates the way of using CH-2 furnace tube soot cleaning liquid, with which can reduce the scale formation of the furnace tub, reduce the temperature of the hearth, and raise the thermal efficiency of the mill furnace.
