摘要
文章在对复杂产品系统生产企业实际调研的基础上,探讨了复杂产品系统研发设计框架和人力资源特征,并由此构建了适合我国航天复杂产品系统研发的组织结构形式,以保障研发项目顺利有效地进行,推动我国航天复杂产品系统的迅速发展。
Based on the practical investigation of the enterprises that produce complex products system,this paper discusses the design framework and human resources characteristics of the RD of complex products system,and constructs the organization structure form that are sutable for Chinese RD astronautic complex products system to guarantee the smooth progress of the project and promote the rapid development of Chinese astronautic complex products system.
