摘要
文章通过分析移动数据业务的营运环境、发展趋势及消费需求变化,提出了湖南移动公司移动数据业务深度运营的"三转一化"基本策略,即实现运营商职能和角色转变,实现"产品模式"向"运营模式"转变,实现粗放式营销向体验营销、融合营销、聚合营销、精确营销等多元化营销转变,以及实现业务平台化发展,聚焦核心价值。
Through analyzing the operation background,development tendency and consumption demand changes of mobile-dataservice,this article proposes the in-depth operation strategies of Mobile-data-service for Hunan Mobile Co.,realize adjusting the role and function of operators,realize the transform from"product mode"to"operation mode",and the transform from vulgar marketing to diversified polymerization,and finally achieves business marketing platform development,focus on the core value.
