Study on the strategic policy of talents reserve in nonferrous metals enterprises

文章结合有色金属的行业特征和人才需求的特点,分析了有色金属企业的人才储备流失问题,并从规避招聘风险、激励机制等方面阐述了有色金属企业人才储备的必要性;构建了有色金属企业的战略性人才储备的有效机制,提出了人才储备中需要注意的几个问题,以便为有色金属企业人才储备决策提供参考依据。

Combining with the industial characteristics and the fetures of the talents demand in nonferrous metals industry,this paper analyzes the problems of the loss of talents reserve in this industry,and explains the necessity of talents reserve in nonferrous metals enterprises from the aspects of avoiding the risk of recruitment,incentive mechanism,ect.And this paper also establishes the effective mechanism of strategic talents reserve in nonferrous metals enterprises,and proposes several problems that need attention in talents reservation,so as to provide reference for the decisions about the talents reserve in nonferrous metals enterprises.
