CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞——肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤生长能激发特异性免疫应答包括CD4+和CD8+T细胞反应,他们可能延缓肿瘤生长并且可能根除肿瘤.然而肿瘤常见的结果是死于肿瘤细胞无法控制的生长和播散.说明肿瘤细胞是通过多种方式逃逸免疫攻击.其中一个重要机制是CD4+D25+调节性T细胞抑制肿瘤特异性T效应细胞的产生。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞是机体一种专职抑制细胞,通过“主动”方式抑制免疫系统对自身和外来抗原的应答,在维持机体免疫耐受和免疫自稳方面具有非常重要的作用。
