Quantitative Selection Method for the Artificial Oil Lifting Research Project

为提高油井机械举升科研项目选择的科学性,根据机械举升技术的作用,将举升应用类技术科研项目分类,采用增量效益方法分别建立期望收益模型,编制计算程序,对期望收益模型进行敏感性分析,形成了一套油井机械举升应用类技术预研项目的优选方法。在采油工程科技规划中对机械举升预研项目进行优选,提高了技术发展预见准确度和前瞻性,增加了规划的科学性。

Artificial oil lifting scientific research projects were classified according to the function of the artificial oil lifting technology. The expected revenue model was established on the basis of the incremental benefit method,sensitivity analysis for the expected revenue model was carried out through computer program,thus a series of selection methods for the artificial oil lifting pre-research project were formed. Based on the optimal selection of the artificial oil lifting pre-research project,the prediction accuracy and the nature of forward-looking of technology development was improved,and the scientificalness of planning was strengthened.
