道路交通事故精神伤残评定影响因素分析

Analysis of the factors affecting the assessment conclusion of mental disability evaluation of road traffic accident injury

目的研究道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定国家标准(简称《道标》)在精神伤残评定中的使用情况及相关影响因素,探讨如何更好把握标准。方法对182例涉及道路交通事故精神伤残评定的结果及其影响因素(包括致残原因、原发损伤部位、原发损伤程度、IQ、EEG、头颅CT)进行分析。结果致残原因中智能损害占40.1%。不同的原发损伤部位造成各种精神功能损害(致残原因)的比例不同。精神伤残等级与原发损伤程度(r=-0.494)、EEG(r=-0.494)、头颅CT检查结果(r=-0.495)及IQ(r=-0.305)存在相关性。结论除智能水平外,社会、生活功能影响程度是道路交通事故伤残等级确定的重要参考指标,原发损伤部位、原发损伤程度、EEG及脑影像学检查等客观检查具有参考价值。

Objective：To study the factors those affect the practice of the mental disability expertise of the disability evaluation criteria of road traffic accident injury,and to discuss how to better use the criteria.Methods：One hundred eighty-two subjects with traffic accident injury were collected.Analyses focused on the grade of mental disability and affecting factors,including the reasons of disability,original damage,IQ,EEG,brain CT.Results：The percentage of IQ decreased in considering the reason of disability was 40.1%.Mental disability varied with different locations of brain damage.The assessment conclusion of mental disability evaluation was statistically significantly related to original damage（r=-0.494） and the results of EEG（r=-0.425） and brain CT（r=-0.365）.Conclusion：The ways to accurately evaluate intelligence level of traffic accident injurious should be improved.The social and life ability deficits were the main indexes in assessment of mental disability in road traffic accident.Original brain damage and its location and the results of EEG and brain imaging can be referred in the evaluation.
