摘要
对比研究了BZ18Q准贝氏体钢与20CrMoH钢的渗碳特性、耐磨性及焊接性。发现BZ18Q准贝氏体钢具有良好的渗碳性能。与20CrMoH钢相比,BZ18Q准贝氏体钢渗碳后心部组织更为细小,耐磨性更好,而且焊缝组织均匀细小、强度高。
The carburization feature and the wear behavior of a meta bainitic steel BZ18Q are studied and compared with those of steel 20CrMoH.It is shown that the BZ18Q steel is good to be carburized.Fine microstructure in the steel can be seen after carburization for a long time.The wear experiments under the rolling and sliding condition indicate that the wear resistance of the carburized case of the BZ18Q steel is higher than that of the 20CrMoH steel.A kind of automobile transmission gear has been made of the BZ18Q steel in a factory.It is shown that the BZ18Q steel has excellent properties of processing and welding and that it is suitable for making automobile gears in industrial scale.
