社会转型时期的学术权力探析——基于对高校权力结构的审视

我国当前社会生活正处于转型时期,这无疑会对社会组织产生深刻的影响,高校无法排斥在外。高校权力结构的相应变化,就是一个例证。社会转型期的客观背景既为学术权力的提升提供了条件,也对学术权力提出了新的要求。审视学术权力与行政权力的和谐共生,对我国高校完成新的历史使命具有特定的价值。

The general features of the social life in our country can be concluded as society shift, which exerts great influence on the social organizations including universities. With the fastening and deepening of the society shift in our country, the power structure in universities changes accordingly. Society shift puts new requirements on academic power as well as conditions for its development. The co-existence between the development of academic power and administration power will be helpful for the universities to accomplish new missions in the new historic period.
