摘要
研究了碳含量对不同淬火态FeMnSiCrNiC系记忆合金回复应力的影响。结果表明,在650℃淬火时,碳元素的加入能显著提高合金加热时产生的最大回复应力σh,提高了76%。不同碳含量的合金,加热后冷却到室温产生的回复应力σc达到最大值的淬火温度是不同的。在最佳淬火温度下,碳元素的加入能显著提高合金加热后冷却到室温时的回复应力σc,提高了42%。在任一淬火温度下,含碳不同的FeMnSiCrNiC系记忆合金加热后冷却到室温时的回复应力σc都远大于加热时产生的最大回复应力σh。
Effects of carbon content on the recovery stress of Fe Mn Si Cr Ni C shape memory alloys as different quenching have been studied.The results show that the maximum recovery stress σ h in heating can be appreciably improved by 76% due to addition of carbon element when the quenching temperature is 650℃.As for three varieties with different carbon content,the temperature that the recovery stress σ c at room temperature after heating reached the maximum were respectively different.When the quenching temperature was the optimum, σ c can be appreciably increased by 42% because of addition of carbon element.At random quenching temperature, σ c of Fe Mn Si Cr Ni C shape memory alloys with different carbon content was far bigger than σ h.
