摘要
建立了由分解反应产生的内生气源在熔渣中发泡过程方程,并给出了泡沫高度与时间的数学关系式通过试验测定了由碳酸盐分解产生的内生气源,在不同含量CaO和MgO的Na2B4O7熔体发泡过程中泡沫高度的变化应用试验数据确定了在不同条件下发泡过程方程中的生泡和消泡系数,井讨论了影响这两个系数的各种因素温度、发泡剂的粒度和种类及熔渣成分均影响发泡过程发泡剂粒度对泡沫高度均影响明显,而对”大理石”而言。
The foam behavior equations were given for the foaming in the borate melt by decomposition reaction and the relationship between the foam height and time was established. The foam height has been measured duxing the foaming processes by gas decomposition of carbonate in the Na2B4O7 melt containing CaO and MgO. The formation and rupture coefficients in the foam behavior equation have been determined by means of experimental results under different conditions. The temperature, size and type of the foaming agent, and the composition of the melt influence the foaming process. The size of the foaming agent has significantly effect over the foaming height. For the foaming agent of the limestone the temperature has a little effect on the foaming height.
