摘要
由于含Nb钢裂纹敏感性强,铸坯表面容易产生横裂纹,通过对马钢第三钢轧总厂异型坯含Nb钢连铸工艺进行分析,通过采取措施使异型坯的表面横裂纹得到了有效控制,降低了轧后废品率。
Because the strong crack-sensitive of Nb containing steel,surface transverse crack prone.By analysis of CC processing of Nb containing steel in No.3 Steelworks of Ma＇anshan Iorn Steel Co.,Ltd.Since implementation of certain appropriate technical measures,Blank surface transverse cracks have been effectively controlled and Rejection rate after rolling was reduced.
