摘要
变形诱发晶粒长大是超塑性变形组织变化的重要特征.基于超塑性晶粒长大全微分为晶粒换位微观纯变形和晶粒微观静态长大偏微分之和的思想,获得了修正的Campenni变形诱发晶粒长大模型和新展开的晶粒长大速率模型模型预报的规律已为超塑性Mg-8.4Li(质量分数,%)合金晶粒长大实验规律所证实。
Deformation induced grain growth (DIGG) is an important characteristics of micro-deformation evolution during superplastic deformation. Based on the idea that full differential of superplastic grain growth is the partial sum of net micro-deformation deformation of grain switching and static growth of grain, a modified model of Campenni DIGG model and a newly extended grain growth rate model have been obtained. Model predictions are proved by experimental evidence of DIGG in superplastic Mg-8.4Li alloy.
